Rent $400 | Deposit $300

Comments: Two pets are allowed per apartment home. Breed restrictions do apply. We collect a pet deposit of $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent is $40 per pet. There is also a one time pet fee of $200 for the first pet and $300 for the second pet.
